ALLAI comments on EU AI strategy

ALLAI (Alliance on Artificial Intelligence) offers its analysis of the European Commission's white paper on artificial intelligence and its plan to frame it, both of which were unveiled last February. 

It discusses in particular the European position regarding the regulation of AI and the possibility that the Council of Europe is investigating a binding legal instrument for AI.
