What regulatory challenges are holding back the adoption of AI in healthcare in 2020

An Analytics India Mag's article proposes an interesting overview of the difficulties in regulating artificial intelligence applied to healthcare, in particular in framing system transparency and data protection. 

It offers some possible solutions, including the need to subject AI to standardization, initially based on an existing framework to regulate other technologies but regularly adjusted in order to keep pace with innovation.
